Dataset Server Address #19

It seems the server address in the "sequenceDownloader.py" file has to be updated to:

serverAddress = "ijrr20-blackbird-dataset.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/BlackbirdDatasetData"

this needs to be reflected in the docker container (winterg/flightgoggles_ros:ijrr) as well.

I had to edit the server address in the "sequenceDownloader.py" file in the container in order to be able to download any sequence.
