File upload fails for multiple SGA instances in a Unit (IE only) #148

Uploading a file fails with the following error on IE when there are 2 sga instances:

SCRIPT5002: Function expected
File: lms-main_vendor.48e94b88714c.js, Line: 2, Column: 4164

File upload works for one sga instance on IE, or for multiple instances on Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Bug found using IE 11.
