Avoid sha1 collisions when two learners submit the same file #233

In the unlikely event that two different learners upload the same file, the second upload will overwrite the first.

Then if one of the learners uploads another file, we will end up deleting the submission for both of them.

Similarly, if the student state is reset for one, we will end up deleting the submission from both.
