AWS CIS Foundations Benchmark V2 InSpec Profile
CIS Amazon Web Services Foundations Benchmark Version 2.0.0 - 06-28-2023
This profile allows you to quickly validate your AWS environment to the CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v2.0.0.
This update was a seminal amount of effort for the whole MITRE SAF and MIDAS team. Special thanks to the whole MITRE SAF Team for all the support.
The InSpec Profile has numerous new tests from the v1.2.0 release but also helped drive needed updated and improvements to the underlying train-aws transport and the InSpec AWS Resource Pack to support all the new CIS requirements.
We will be doing patch release updates and will keep a major version v2 tag current for easy access to the latest version of the profile.
