Manual commands running on the first listed agent

Describe the bug
When I try to run a manual command, it runs on the first agent shown in the drop-down list, not the selected agent. I tried running it multiple times after rerunning Caldera and restarting the system, but the issue persists.

• OS: CENT OS 9 (Caldera), Windows 10 (Target/client machines)
• Browser: Chrome and Mozilla (tried both)
• Version: 5.0.0

any luck? did you try pulling master branch and seeing if it works. (we have a lot of fixes in bleeding edge)
