I don't know if any method that can do that. But as for 'possible', maybe. Network administrators for businesses can customize the apps installed in the Windows images they deploy to the employee desktops they manage. If the app is still available on the store, there should still be a way to do this using the The Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit. I'm pretty sure I read how to do this several years ago when I was doing image deployment for the custom-built PCs I was developing, but I don't recall the specific details anymore.
