Outlook classic jiggling center container when big background

Describe the bug
jiggling content when use MJML background on Outlook

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Is a client code so unknown version (i think just create container 600px and add background same as source code) i think is a latest source code on: codepen.io/testiat/pen/pvzQXYJ
2. open email center content is jiggling to left on resolution 1366x768 its stop after few times
3. close outlook change resolution to: 1920x1080 is jiggling but never come back ti center
4. tested on 2412,2402, 2410

Expected behavior
no jiggling

Additional context
possible reasons is a background 1848x924 on smaller resolution is still always visible horizontal scrollbar

Can you share the MJML it's hard really to check if it's user related or mjml related here thanks

I think that full-width on mj-wrapper with a background image never worked properly. It might be why you see this behavior
