Can't find tv via WIFI

Hi, i just downloaded your app but it can't find my samsung smart tv on the same wifi network. I did an nmap scan of the tv's IP from my phone and could reach open ports but only after using -Pn since pinging it failed. Ill attach device info and firmware versions etc at the bottom of this post. Below is the nmap log:
