Thunderbird plugins no longer support optionsType 1 or 2 (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird/Add-ons_Guide_57). Updating optionsType to 3 requires updating and adding options to an optionsURL.

Thank you for the info.

Unfortunately new settings panel is not the only change that is required to make GNotifier supported on TB60...
