Non network-aware communication

The insertion of CFMM's network-aware protocol into the Gadgetron server does not accommodate communication with existing non network-aware Gadgetron clients. One solution is to completely divorce CFMM's network converting stream from Gadgetron. It could be its own project; set up as its own service and listening on its own port. Users who choose to use CFMM's network-aware communication protocol can send communication to this separate service which will convert it and forward it to an official Gadgetron server. Users who choose to attempt non network-aware communication using existing clients can connect directly to the official Gadgetron server.
