support LTS as 1.0.X releases, due 1.1 as 1.2 in same version recents

theres a possibility to made conditionals to able to work with any version of roundcube?

due commit 53db8d0#commitcomment-17474104 fixeds the issue #1 but now breaks the lont term support 1.0.X release series!

in future any fixed will not be available to LTS versions like LTS 1.0.X (1.1.X are not LTS, so if reach end of life, only 1.0.X and 1.2 will be supported!)

after some research, we can use the RCMAIL_VERSION -> RCUBE_VERSION constants to detect the roundcube version and use proper code on the tinymce version.. hope this help to provide same functionallity to 1.0 and 1.2 versions that are LTS and stbles
