Access Web App via HTTPS

Hello,
I'd like to know if also HTTPS can be used for accessing the web management UI. As far as I saw in the examples, only HTTP over port 8080 was used. If it is really possible, could you provide me with some example settings?

I'm not certain if you are running with auth or not, but you can still follow most of the steps in there to enable an nginx front-end which can then serve your registry web-ui over https (or even the registry itself over https)
