Thank you again for making the repository available! I am interested in replicating the results in this notebook https://github.com/ml-jku/cloome/blob/main/src/notebooks/zeroshot_phenotype_cellprofiler.ipynb. Would it be possible to share the processed CellProfiler data as well?
