[Permission Component] Nested Permission Scopes

Can this be nested to increase readability when there're lot of scopes?

export enum PermissionEnum {
  DASHBOARD = "dashboard",
  USERS_CREATE = "users:create",
  USERS_READ = "users:read",
  USERS_WRITE = "users:write",
  USERS_DELETE = "users:delete",
}

e.g.

export const appPermissions {
  dashboard: "dashboard",

  },
  ...
}

Depends on how the scopes are retrieved from the backend,

With OpenAPI Generator the scopes won't be nested,
but is totally fine to nest them if we're not using OpenAPI Generator and when we're agree with the backend to fetch the scopes which would be better to nest for readability and usage
