My ET triphase inverter shows a strange amount of apparent current (around 500VA per phase) when there are no loads (less than 50w imported from the grid or the house completely switched off) and no PV .
The HA measure is confimed also by the readings of a current clamp.
It is more difficult to see it, but I think that this happens also with higher loads or PV production.
Can anybody tell me if their inverter is showing such apparent current (and corresponding reactive current an low power factor)?
Thanks in advance.
Marco
P.S: I am asking this because I suspect that the inverter is faulty but I am struggling with Goodwe support to acknowledge it.
