Plasma has issues for wine apps pinned on taskmanager.

Edit file with your fav editor with root access.
/etx/xdg/taskmanagerrulesrc -
Change
ManualOnly=Wine -
To
#ManualOnly=Wine -
Save logout then login
foobar2000 known issues on Wine.
- Audio breaking occur sometimes.
- Ui glitch breaks foobar2000 not work (This snap has workaround for it).
- Above ui fix cause that you can't resize app window as it resets back on every run though you can resize inside controls like playlist columns, above controls then lock it at your liking.
