Additional parameter for sampling algorithms

There should be an additional (optional) parameter for the sampling algorithms 
(i.e., the algorithms that compute marginal probabilities of axioms).  

With this novel parameter set the sampling algorithms should compute the 
marginal probabilities of all axioms in the uncertain CBox (i.e., all axioms 
that have an attached confidence value) and print them to an output file. I 
think the format of this output file should not be an ontology but simply a tab 
or comma separated list.
