###INSTALLATION - DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

1. Download and Install Windows Phone 7.1 SDK
2. Clone the Repository
3. Open the TV_Ticker.sln in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express
4. Proceed with Debugging [ Debug > Start Debugging or Press F5 ]
