Text editors support syntax highlighting for Modula-3 are plenty, but code completion is another story. The language server could be used to power our IDE for Modula-3 (#1122) or at least making CudaText a more complete Modula-3 IDE.

Hmm, I hadn't thought of it this way, but Shutz's suggested syntax
repairs might, in appropriate circumstances, amount to completion,
maybe with the aid some tuning of repair costs. At the moment,
it's suffering from bitrot, so I couldn't easily try it.
