At the time of uploading any files, through "Media Management", the dot between the file name and extension is removed. For transliteration, there is the Translitor module.

В момент загрузки любых файлов, через "Управление медиа", удаляется точка между названием файла и расширением. Для транслитерации стоит модуль Translitor.
