Add Unassigned to the category dropdown

Often, when the Category field is reset on a report, it is simply emptied rather than returned to its default value of Unassigned. Ideally, the Unassigned value would be what the field is returned to when the category is removed. Modifying the Category dropdown to include this category (using the extension) could be helpful.

Would it make more sense to have this as a module of Arisa, so that people who are not using the extension can still benefit from this?

The fact that (Unassigned) is missing seems either like a bug with the bug tracker itself, or intentional.

This should be easily fixable with the extension but this seems like something where we should check whether it could be fixed globally first.
