opendal implements a service based on moka

OpenDAL is an open data access layer to freely, painlessly, and efficiently access data. We have implemented many services, including s3, azblob, and gcs.

In PR apache/opendal#852, we implement a service based on moka. We expect to use this service as our in-memory cache storage service in databend.
