User Paid, Got the order and then cancelt. Money gone! (apple pay)

Hi, a customer of mine got a customer that paid with apple pay.. he received the food and then canceled the order.
How is this possible?

Is this some shit from applepay or a bug in mollie?

Weird thing is that applepay logo is not even showing on the payment page. (its enabled tho but Disappeared a while back). I disabled applepay for now because its seems fishy that someone knows how to get around the system and getting food without paying.
