Add integration test coverage in JS or for the case of using one collection type name as another #951

Right now, when you add an item to a list, and then try to use that list name in a dictionary method, an internal server error is returned. As soon as that's fixed, we need to add integration test coverage for this or other cross collection errors to show that the SDKs return appropriate errors.
