'Keywords' is a relatively new addition to the desktop entry specification that 
improves the ability to find apps by typing in related words. GNOME Shell, 
Unity, and Software Center currently support Keywords.

This patch against the stable branch adds a 'Keywords' entry to 
rubyripper.desktop.
