Joe recently added "case 5", "SCR is direct in source, but indirect Mondo" via #714.
However, as we are now adding these to mondo-edit, we should want to distinguish these indirect SCRs (SubClass Relations) from direct ones.
This has sometimes been done previously and manually using MONDO:Redundant, but it was not well maintained and was deprecated. So we don't want to use that property. And also we want to distinguish automatically determined redundant SCRs from manually determined.
Nico has a plan to do this via a new SPARQL query in mondo. Time estimate: ~4 hours.
