Mondoo Scan v0.2.0

• Rename docker scan type to docker_image_from_dockerfile
• Add new docker_image scan type that takes a docker image in the docker_image_name value
• Add error handling when incorrect values are set or values are missing
• Add rpm so packages on RHEL/Fedora/SUSE platform containers can be scanned
