[Feature request] Adjustable playback delay during refresh-rate switching

Thank you for this amazing app. My only go to right now for Jellyfin TV app to play lossless audio passthrough from Nvidia Shield 2017.

It would be great to have adjustable playback delay for refresh-rate switching. So the player remains paused for a short time if it's switching resolutions.

I believe this might resolve the small bug that I encounter, when a video is first played, audio sync is around 2 seconds off. If I hit the rewind key and go back 10 seconds, it syncs never to desync again.

Does Just Player switch resolution? Developer response below indicates that it doesn't. Has this changed?
