Updated documentation? Postgres support? FPM image?

Hi,

I'm looking at self-hosting Monica and am trying to answer a few questions for myself, e.g. whether Monica supports Postgres as a backend or not (this isn't clear from the docs). I'd also like to ask questions about how to set that up e.g. via an FPM image, but it seems there's no link to a discord server that was mentioned in #6626 anywhere I could find. The issue templates also don't offer a place to ask questions, so I'm not super clear on how to get support and understand the differences between Monica and Chandler, and what the current state of the project is (has Chandler been migrated over yet?).

Where can I ask for support?
