Improve visibility of tag PB crown

Currently "big crown" is drawn only when global (over all tags) PB is set:

And "small crown" is drawn when tag PB is set.

The problem is that "small crown" is pretty easy to miss.

For this I suggest the following solution: make the "small crown" (near the tags) look the same as "big crown", like this:
