Provide "--watch" option for "moon doc --serve" #576

When writing documentation I often do that in small steps, checking how the documentation looks like, and which functions etc. still need more documentation.

While moon doc --serve is great to get a local copy of the documentation, it could be improved by allowing a "--watch" argument (like moon build) to regenerate the docs when the sources have changed.
