如题，第一次用这个软件查找IP，发现大部分是100-200多MS，第二次查找就发现200-300多，第三次依次增多，现在查下来大部分是2000毫秒了。这个怎么回事，需要在哪里设置吗

这个可能跟你所在的网络服务商，以及是否网络高峰期有关吧？
