Support for native tokens on Dropper contract #312

Currently, Dropper only supports distribution of ERC20, ERC721, and ERC1155 tokens.

We should add support for the native token of the blockchain that the contract is deployed on - e.g. ETH on Ethereum, MATIC on Polygon, etc.

This need not be done for the old Dropper contract, but only for the new one.
