When name_entry.ips is applied to the game, "START FROM BEGINNING" does not highlight when it's selected

The function that controls the issue in question located somewhere between 0x652AAC and 0x652AFA, copying this entire section from a ROM that doesn't have name_entry.ips installed fixes the issue, and preliminary testing shows no adverse effect.
