Prevent left pull in first few paragraphs

Prevent automatic pull of left-aligned images and blockquotes in first few paragraphs to avoid conflict with floated meta content.

Is this the same issue as with the now closed #30?

I am using your latest release and for the parent, now all the items like Author, date, comments etc. are under the title when looking at the post page.

If I create a child now, the behavior is to still pull all the content to the left. I am following your advice to not try to enqueue the style.css.

Are these related?
