Contributing to the wiki is too slow for non-owners.
Current pipeline for user contributions to the wiki requires them to fork the repo. A roadblock there is that they need to wait for PRs to be approved, which could only be done by MMW repo owners.
This is contrary to other wikis, which anyone can edit without waiting for review (unless exceptions apply for a specific page, e.g., a page has 'protected' status).
Solution
I would suggest setting up merge rules to require one review. Set up a reviewers group and give that to everyone.
