Trys to install missing package

After adding mosen-cups 1.4.1 and defining a printer resource, puppet runs yield the following errors when attempting to install a missing package:

Hi there,
I'll review the cups::install manifest on osx, since it shouldn't even be included at all.
Could probably make a case for the service resource though.
