Equal to APISIX's "Using custom response": https://apisix.apache.org/docs/apisix/plugins/opa/#using-custom-response
Or Dapr's "Result": https://docs.dapr.io/reference/components-reference/supported-middleware/middleware-opa/#result

Before submitting PR, let's discuss the structure of the OPA response first.
