Neg5 Version 2.0

This release contains incompatible changes from v1.0 The major changes are:

• ES6 syntax added to the server-side code
• A tournament object now contains all games related to it and its different phases.
• Game objects have an array of phase_id's for the phases that the game should count for.
• UI changes to the tournament view.
