S3 Bucket issue

Hi! Just having a bit of an issue at the moment. We are using S3 bucket and the files upload fine but then don't play or show the album art even though the files themselves play fine in the bucket. If we use a config that does not use a S3 bucket, everything uploads, displays and plays fine. Any insight as to why this is? Thankyou and much appreciated.
