"Open with" should be on the top of the context menu by default. At the moment, depending on file type, it jumps to god knows where all the time.

Also, "Open in Terminal" shouldn't be moved to Terminal folder by default. Terminal folder already stores other specific terminal options like PowerShell and Linux WSL

This "jumps" effect is caused by Windows.
if you only need the command (not the menu) this is achievable with NS syntax
