Get the content of each notification separately

Hello,
Thank you for this great plugin, it's nice!

Here I have a problem so here is the scenario:

Let's say that my application is a telephone call center.
So when there is an incoming call, I trigger a notification on the desktop and I can take the call when I click on the 'Pickup' button.

My question is:
Is there a way to get the content of each notification when I click on the "Pickup" button (eg the phone number)

For the moment the notification appears at the click of the big blue button but later it will be triggered automatically.
