Using Customized bootstrap

Can we download customized bootstrap (https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/customize/) instead of downloading the entire bootstrap library, just for this notifications.

I mean you don't even need bootstrap

If you look at the docs page it shows examples that use a completely different format and design.

I tried with few examples and found that bootstrap css is required.
Tried by commenting css file in jsfiddle (https://jsfiddle.net/pushkal/h6mok195/6/)

and found the notification misaligned.

Even in documentation, I see bootstrap as dependency.

Can you please edit the above jsfiddle or give some other example where bootstrap is not used.
