Investigate options for yar bot blocker to send data to influxdb

It would be nice to get some counters around the amount of hits per IP that yar finds so we can right-size our bot blocking thresholds based on real metrics. Look at either adding a statsd export to a telegraf instance, or adding python module to send directly to influx (preferred)
