Email address in Makefile is <noreply@> rather than something useful

Currently the fpm target (and presumably others) in the Makefile uses <noreply@> as the contact address for the MIG team. Odds are, there will at some future day/month/year be a Mozilla staff member somewhere looking at a MIG rpm and wondering how to contact you about it. Please consider providing a deliverable address.
