Other information

The proposal is a (post initial TAG) revision for a capability that allows web content to be installed directly from the web browser.

Note: This is a feature that was previously separate in same/cross-origin (#991/#992). The design has changed based on feedback and provides a more consistent and private behaviour for acquiring web content.
