bug 1585804

  • at the very least it would be good to know how many times a given intervention is being used.
  • it might also be worthwhile tracking whether users disable a given intervention/shim (via about:config or about:compat)
  • rough time estimate: one week of engineering time to find/create the required experimental APIs and hook them up (more if mobile and desktop have different requirements).
