Often get additional l10n commits when rebasing from central onto autoland #1453

l10n bumps land on central without going via autoland. This means that on landing branches where we start on central and then for the final try push / landing git rebase mozilla/autoland we can end up with a l10n changeset that's not part of the sync. Fortunately this is then blocked by the hook that prevents us pushing changes outside the permitted directory, but it requires manual fixup. Instead we should select only the commits that are actually part of the landing and apply those to autoland.
