Describe the feature you'd like to request

allow proper gif sharing shown either as gifs or gifs converted into short videos.

Allow us to use a built-in Tenor search for GIFS as well.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

When I post a gif, it should properly animate, instead of its current behavior where it shows a static image with alt-text
