Hey!

On my Raspberry Pi4 with Archlinux arm64 I'm unable to start cups-to-mqtt.

Something's seems wrong with the jar file. Running it with armv7 works fine...

library initialization failed - unable to allocate file descriptor table - out of memory21:41:25.065 INFO  - Info enabled

I changed your Dockerfile a bit. That way it works for me...
